Throughout my journey with the Firm, I've been fortunate to be able to collaborate with talented colleagues who have become friends and mentors. The culture of teamwork and camaraderie is unparalleled, and I'm grateful for the strong bonds we've built together. The past 1.5 years with the Firm has been filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. There is one-on-one mentorship and involvement from the senior management that enables each one of us at the Firm to perform to the best of our abilities. A big thank you to everyone in the Firm for giving me this exciting opportunity to learn and grow as an individual and as a professional. I'm energized by the prospects of the road ahead with immense opportunities available to grow within the Firm.

Over the past year, I have had the privilege to work on important projects and collaborate with brilliant minds from various departments. There is a lot of focus on learning and development with the opportunity to participate in regular internal and external knowledge sharing sessions on relevant topics that have helped me learn from the best in the industry. As I celebrate a decade of service at DPNC Group, I look back with pride on this incredible journey. I have been part of the remarkable growth of the Risk Advisory team, that has grown 10 folds into one of the finest teams of well qualified & experienced professionals today. I have also seen our product portfolio expand significantly. Mirroring the growth of the team has been my personal journey, from a Manager to an Associate Director, actively contributing to diverse functions that have given me an immense amount of exposure & experience and groomed me into a leader. Here, I have been involved with and received first-hand experience of working on adopting technologies that improve our deliverables, productivity, team management and data security. I have also lead the Training & Development efforts of the RAS team in close coordination with the HR team & also contributed towards our goal of being a thought leader in our industry. This journey has been one of the biggest and best things that have happened in my professional life. I am looking forward to many more fruitful years with the Firm.
