Mrinalini is working as a Manager with the firm in Human Resources Division. She is an MBA and a graduate from Sri Aurobindo College, Delhi University.
She has over 12 years of professional experience in Human resources. She handles Talent Acquisition to Engagement, HR Strategy & Policies, Performance Management etc.
Prior to joining DPNC, Mrinalini has worked with Grant Thornton, A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd. and Hero Mindmine in Human Resource divisions.
She has worked across diverse industry verticals like Engineering Procurement & Construction, Education, Financial Consulting etc.
Mrinalini enjoys reading books and has interests in Yoga and Meditation. She, along with her husband are based in Dwarka, Delhi.
