He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 10 years of professional experience in indirect taxation and other legal matters.
He has earlier worked with a Big 4 consulting and industries gaining significant experience in tax matters. He has worked across diverse industry verticals like Real Estate, Exports, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, Hospitality, Logistics, Information Technology, Insurance, etc.
His areas of expertise include advising, planning, litigations on indirect tax matters. He has provided legal opinions on various critical tax matters including on business restricting agreements, cross border transactions especially to international & non-resident clients. He has hands on experience on refunds under GST law, various incentives and benefits under the foreign trade policy.
